In short

Pay online and get an instant booking confirmation by email.
Prices are in US dollars, per private group (up to 6 guests) unless we tell you otherwise.
Card payments are processed by Stripe; the merchant is Key 2 Destinations Tourism LLC.
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your tour starts, with a full refund. No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time, or for no-shows.
Bookings made through another platform (for example Viator or TripAdvisor) follow that platform's terms and cancellation policy.

About these terms

These terms apply to tours booked directly with Key 2 Destinations Tourism LLC, trading as Dubai Food Tour ("we", "us"), through dubaifoodtour.com, on WhatsApp or by email. By booking you agree to them.

Bookings and confirmation

Book online: choose your option in the booking box and tap Book now to pay on Stripe's secure checkout, where you enter your date, contact and hotel or flight details. You can also book or ask questions on WhatsApp.
When you pay online, you get an instant booking confirmation by email right after payment (to the email address you enter at checkout). We then confirm the start time, meeting point or pickup on WhatsApp. WhatsApp bookings are confirmed by a written message.
Please check the details and tell us straight away if anything is wrong. If we cannot offer the time you asked for, we will suggest another.

Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars (USD). Tours are private and priced per group of up to 6 guests unless we quote otherwise. Larger groups are priced on request.
What each option includes and excludes is listed on our home page. Hotel pickup and drop-off is included only on the With Hotel Transfers option.
Your bank may add its own currency conversion or card fees.

When you pay online, you pay on Stripe's secure checkout (the Book now button on this website, or a payment link we send you). Your card details are entered on Stripe's checkout page; we never see or store your full card number. The merchant name at checkout and on your card statement is Key 2 Destinations Tourism LLC.

On the tour

Routes, stops, tastings and timings are a guide. Your guide may adjust them for safety, heat or weather, crowds, opening hours or prayer times.
Tastings depend on what is fresh and available on the day. Tell us about allergies and dietary needs before the tour; we will do our best, but we cannot guarantee that food from street vendors and restaurants is free of allergens.
The tour involves walking outdoors. Please wear comfortable shoes and modest clothing suitable for Old Dubai, and drink plenty of water.
Please be at the meeting point or hotel lobby on time. If you are late, the tour may be shortened so it still ends on time.

Cancellations and changes

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your tour starts, with a full refund. No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time, or for no-shows. Full details are in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Your responsibilities

Make sure the tour is suitable for everyone in your group, and tell us before you book about any health, mobility or dietary needs.
Follow your guide's instructions and respect local laws and customs.
Look after your own belongings and purchases. We recommend personal travel insurance.

Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays, changes or cancellations caused by events outside our control, such as extreme weather, road or area closures, government action or emergencies. If we have to cancel your tour for one of these reasons, we will offer you a new date or a full refund.

Our liability

We take reasonable care in arranging and running your tour. Restaurants, shops, abra boats and other services you use on the tour are run by independent businesses. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for a booking is limited to the amount you paid us for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Problems and complaints

If something is not right, tell your guide or message us on WhatsApp straight away so we can try to fix it on the spot. You can also message us after your tour.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction. We may update these terms; the version on this page when you book applies.
